We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with 8+ years of commercial experience to join one of our biggest and key projects.
Must have
- 8+ years of commercial experience with Salesforce (with 2+ years of experience in a Technical Architect role).
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Force.com platform, limits, Apex, LWC, Salesforce APIs, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud.
- Experience with the design and delivery of implementations for enterprise-grade customers using Salesforce products.
- Proven record of implementing integrations with various external systems and large data volumes.
- Experience with the configuration of CI/CD. Experienced in project management theories, practices, and methods, including Agile. Extensive troubleshooting experience.
- Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills, as well as presentation skills.
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
Will be a plus
Extensive knowledge of Agentforce/Data Cloud/CPQ/MuleSoft/Commerce Cloud/Mobile Publisher. Architect-level certifications.
Responsibilities
- Complete tech ownership of the client's Salesforce setup, apps and integrations.
- Coordination of all development processes and guidance for a big development team.
- Active communication with the business side to make sure the best solutions are implemented.
- Communication with other development teams to make sure current integrations are functioning, assess the impact of changes and suggest best approaches.
- Proactively suggest and implement better processes, tools, etc.

Client: a world-renowned luxury hospitality brand that operates over 130 hotels and resorts across nearly 50 countries
You will be working on a large enterprise Salesforce ecosystem with a distributed international team. The project involves enterprise-level system development, scaling, and continuous improvement, providing an opportunity to collaborate with a mature client organization and oversee a big delivery team (Developers, QAs, BAs, Salesforce Admins).

Work Schedule
Full-time working day in our office (flexible hours) or partly remote.
