TechMagic is launching a product-focused division to build and scale B2B SaaS applications alongside our core software development services business.
We are looking for our first Product Marketing Manager to take full ownership of product-led revenue growth (MRR) across our growing portfolio of SaaS products, including:
Invoice Generator
MagicCV
MagicScreen
This is a foundational role. You will define how product marketing works at TechMagic - from positioning and go-to-market to experimentation, analytics, and growth loops. The right person will have the opportunity to build and lead the product marketing direction as the portfolio and team expand.
You will be responsible for turning our products into clear, differentiated, revenue-generating SaaS businesses.
Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for each product and target segment
Translate product capabilities into clear customer benefits and use cases
Own ICP definition, segmentation, and JTBD frameworks
Develop and maintain core PMM assets: messaging frameworks, landing page narratives, onboarding flows, and sales enablement materials
Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new launches, features, and pricing experiments
Partner with SEO, PPC, and SDR teams to drive trial, activation, conversion, and expansion
Own activation, conversion, retention, and monetization hypotheses
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap based on market and revenue insights
Be accountable for MRR growth metrics, including conversion rates, churn, and LTV
Define and track north-star and supporting metrics for each product
Use data to prioritize experiments and double down on what works
Turn analytics into insights and insights into action
Run fast, structured experiments across:
Pricing & packaging
Onboarding & activation
Messaging & positioning
Channels & funnels
Build repeatable experimentation frameworks and learning loops
Balance speed with rigor—test often, learn fast, scale what wins
Leverage AI marketing tools for research, messaging, experimentation, analytics, and automation
Continuously improve speed, efficiency, and output quality using AI-powered workflows
Stay ahead of modern PMM and growth tooling trends
You will be the first Product Marketing hire for TechMagic’s product division
You will shape the entire product marketing function from zero
Direct influence on product direction, pricing, and revenue growth
Clear path to becoming Head of Product Marketing as the portfolio scales
Work closely with C-level leadership and a strong in-house growth team
3+ years of Product Marketing experience for digital products (SaaS, B2B/B2C apps, or software platforms)
Proven ability to own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy end-to-end
Strong revenue and funnel mindset, with experience impacting activation, conversion, retention, and MRR
Hands-on experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Growth Marketing, and Sales/SDR teams
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, able to translate insights into growth actions and experiments
Experience running fast, structured experiments across messaging, onboarding, pricing, and channels
High level of autonomy and ownership - comfortable being the first PMM and building the function from scratch
AI-first marketer who actively uses AI tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency of work
Strategic thinker who is also highly execution-oriented
Market, competitor, and customer research (qualitative & quantitative)
ICP definition, segmentation, personas, and Jobs-To-Be-Done frameworks
Messaging frameworks, value propositions, and narrative development
Funnel and lifecycle thinking (acquisition → activation → revenue → retention)
Cross-functional alignment and influence without direct authority
Strong written communication for landing pages, onboarding, lifecycle messaging, and enablement
Ability to simplify complex products into clear, compelling customer stories
Analytics & Product: GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, Looker, or similar
Paid Acquisition: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads (hands-on or in close collaboration)
Marketing Automation & Email: HubSpot, Customer.io, Braze, Intercom, Mailchimp, or similar
Experimentation & CRO: A/B testing tools (VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc.)
Design & Collaboration: Figma, Canva, Miro, Notion
AI & Productivity: ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Midjourney/DALL·E, or other AI-powered marketing tools
Experience in B2B SaaS, especially product-led growth (PLG) models
Experience with freemium, trial-based, or self-serve SaaS products
Experience supporting multiple products or a product portfolio
