We are looking for a talented Middle strong/Senior Salesforce Administrator with 3+ years of commercial experience to join our MagicFuse Team.
Must have
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Validation Rules, Flows
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
Will be a plus
- One or multiple from the following is a big plus: CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud
- Must Certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Sales Cloud Consultant OR Service Cloud Consultant OR Experience Cloud Consultant - Recommended Certifications:
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator
- Business Analyst
- Preference for Additional Architecture Certifications (e.g. Data Architecture & Management, Sharing & Visibility etc.)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and consultants to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Implement enhancements and customizations to Salesforce configurations
- Test and validate new configurations, customizations, and system updates to ensure quality and functionality align with business expectations
- Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure that appropriate access levels are maintained for different users
- Partner with Solution and Technical Architects to scope, estimate, and plan the implementation of complex solutions.
- Design and implement scalable automation solutions using Salesforce Flows and other declarative tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Support and coordinate with development teams on custom development and integrations
- Scoping, sizing, and estimating of work once the technical designs are agreed upon
- Provide hands-on support for advanced user inquiries, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing corrective measures promptly.
