We are looking for a talented Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our MagicFuse Team.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
- Proven leadership experience — managing and coordinating project teams
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level
Will be a plus
- Certifications in Scrum, Kanban etc.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
- Manage all stages of Salesforce projects, from discovery and planning through to execution and delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide leadership to the project team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Lead Agile or Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Manage the project backlog and prioritize tasks in collaboration with the product owner or client
- Ensure all Salesforce solutions meet the agreed-upon quality standards and functional requirements
