We are looking for a talented Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our projects in the Salesforce domain.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in project management
Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level (B2-C1)
Experience working with several projects simultaneously
Great time management skills, prioritizing and scheduling
Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban)
Strong communication skills, ability to define clients needs and abreast team dynamics

Responsibilities:

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
Manage all stages of Salesforce projects, from discovery and planning through to execution and delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
Provide leadership to the project team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards
Lead Agile or Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Manage the project backlog and prioritize tasks in collaboration with the product owner or client
Ensure all Salesforce solutions meet the agreed-upon quality standards and functional requirements
