We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Analyst with 2+ years of commercial experience to join our team.
Please note we are only considering candidates from Lviv and Kyiv!
Must have
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Experience in direct communication with the clients
- Experience in writing user stories and use cases
- Experience in preparing mockups
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence
- Solid self-organization skills
- Technical skills: understanding of API, basic knowledge of SQL queries
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
Will be a plus

- Experience with the Salesforce platform
Responsibilities
- Requirements elicitation and analysis
- Requirements decomposition
- Requirements for documentation and management
- Regular clarification of requirements with the clients and dev team
- Support in the UAT process
- Knowledge base documentation and maintenance

This is a growing product ecosystem. Approximately 2-3 years in development; however, the stack is up to date, with no legacy.

Lviv team: 1 Solution Architect, 3 Business Analysts, 2 Project Managers, 11 Salesforce Developers, 2 Salesforce Administrators, 7 QA Engineers.
Team on the client's side: only management and several support experts
