We are looking for an Engineering Manager for a Miltech company. This Manager will drive the product development process by combining strong technical expertise with leadership and management skills. The role is ideal for a professional ready to transition from a Team Lead to a Manager — taking ownership not only of people but also of the product, shaping its vision, coordinating cross-team efforts, and implementing effective processes.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the product development process (Scrum)
- Coordinate work across teams and different product areas
- Ensure quality, timelines, and efficiency of technical solutions
- Develop and mentor engineering teams, supporting their professional growth
- Shape the product vision and technical strategy
- Drive communication between engineering, product management, and other departments
Requirements:
- Higher technical education (Computer Engineering or related field)
- Proven experience in engineering management or technical leadership
- Deep understanding of software development processes
- Hands-on experience with C++, Linux, and single-board computers (ARM)
- Experience with Scrum, Jira, Git
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking
- Enthusiastic about technology and development
- Result-oriented and proactive
- Able to make decisions and take responsibility
- Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Automotive projects
- Background in product companies or startups
- Strong hands-on expertise with C++
- Understanding of full-cycle technology product development — from concept to release
- Experience with custom hardware development
