Support Specialist (Low-code Platforms), МаgicHire

MagicHire is hiring a Support Engineer on behalf of an outsourcing company that partners with a large international logistics organisation. 

The end client is part of a global parcel delivery network operating in more than 50 countries and handling millions of parcel deliveries worldwide every day.

We are open to students or junior specialists with strong motivation to learn and grow in a technical environment.

       Requirements

• Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations.

• Experience with JavaScript (frontend knowledge is a strong plus) or Groovy scripting.

• Interest in low-code platforms, automation tools, or workflow systems.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• At least an intermediate strong (B1+) level of English (you will communicate with international teams).

        What you will do

• Configure and scale system setups according to business requirements.
• Support and optimize data flows between different system components.
• Build and configure modules and automate business processes using internal low-code platforms.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Analyze existing configurations and suggest improvements to increase system performance and stability.
• Work closely with technical and business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
